Hello all
I am Indian. And my sideburns are really yuck.. I have tried threading them and they grew back worse than before and I broke out. I have waxed them a week back and religiously use this cream called Hovan's gold and not broken out yet. Fingers crossed.
So what have your experiences with facial waxing been.?
Also if anyone who has brown/olive skin and got laser done for their facial hair let me know about your experience. I read it can cause pigmentation issues.
Hey! I saw this now when I checked your profile....it's a late response, but I have some experience with managing facial hair. You could try a laser treatment or electrolysis. Waxing can irritate the area, and it will not diminish the hair regrowth. The risks of laser treatment are that it can trigger dormant hair in nearby areas (e.g. your cheeks), and electrolysis takes too long to fully treat all the hair follicles. I used to bleach them but eventually got tired of that.
My experience with laser was that it got rid of most of the coarse hair, but unfortunately it triggered hair growth in other parts of my face...but that could also be hormonal, at least partially.
