well i think that any hairspray can break you outs. so what you can do it try avoiding getting any on your forehead

a water based hairspray with a protein complex should be safe if you accidentally spray it on your forehead, maybe try something by Fekkai?

Hi Nicole, I use to have the same problem and tried many until I found MAK dynato hair spray. I discovered the brand from this website. It is non comedogenic and holds really well. I would give that a try. Good luck
