Did it actually eliminate your acne? I'm surprised if it did, but interested.

Oral antibiotics do not address the root causes of acne, so I hate to say it, but you can expect your acne to return. The Regimen is here for you to keep you clear though.

Doxy, minocycline, TMZ DS tabs (bactrim) and many others including creams did very little for me 20 years ago. Only accutane helped. If doxy helped you that's great, but only accutane long term fixes acne by permanently reducing the causes. The other drugs are a hope to stop some issues while you outgrow it essentially but for some it doesn't work or you don't outgrow it. My biggest mistake was not getting accutane earlier from the dr who stalled it and it caused scars.
