I am traveling and wanted to check if my monthly visit can be like 3-5 days earlier at 25 days or something. Does anyone have experience about if their dermatologist has been somewhat flexible with the dates like this? My dermatologist is unreachable and I am trying to find the answer.

no you have to wait the 30 days before you can meet with your doctor and get your new prescription. you can always go after. accutane only matters about dosage so as long as you finish the full dosage then you will be fine its not about how long it will take to run its course

Why don't you just ask your dermatologist about it? Although if you live in the USA, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a prescription sooner.
