I had the same reaction during my first few months of Accutane. A cyst of my right cheekbone directly across from the cyst of my left cheekbone. The same thing with jaw line cysts. It was even more upsetting when the moved closer together and joined on my forehead and chin. Now, I am sporting matching red marks where the cysts where.

yep, that's happening to me at the moment.. nicely matching cysts on either cheekbone below my eyes and a symmetrical cluster on my forehead - very attractive!

I always thought that the symmetry of acne had to do with hormonal acne. Our hormones produce oil in the same places on our face at the same time.

Me too. I get headaches and neck aches if I sleep on my back. Its just...unnatural to sleep like a corpse in a coffin
