I will be trying 10mg of Xeljanz a day. This is an immune suppressor that will stop inflammation. I'm very confident this will stop my hairloss. I'll let you know how it goes in a few weeks once it gets to my house.

Regarding hair loss, I am getting a hair transplant to restore my hairline which has been lost by accutane, try using 5% Minoxodil which is available over the counter, this is good for hair loss / thinning on the scalp.

Don't try and take propecia to stop your hair loss as there has been nasty side effects linked to that drug too, such as loss of sex drive, and depression.

I'll risk it. I'm losing too much hair for me to do nothing. And my joint pain is getting bad.
