Hi all,

Im new here and looking for some advice, Ive been on Dianette for quite some time and my skin is very clear , Im very worried about coming off as I have awful skin before using it! ... I have been online lots and seeing people recommended bio zinc and vitamin A and fish oil, I am wondering has anyone any success stories for coming off it? I really want to find supplement that replicate what Dianette do, in a natural way!! Any help please?!

There was a post a little while ago about someone mentioning how slowly weaning off of birth control has helped them. It was something like taking half a pill everyday for 3 months, then every other day for another couple of months. I would look for it, itwas about a month ago that that was posted.
