So I am currently on Epiduo Gel and the majority of my acne has cleared up but I still use Epiduo just to keep acne at bay. However I have been experiencing some rough skin texture on my cheeks and forehead as you can see in the images. My routine consists of using cetaphil cleanser and a cerave moisturiser. I have also ordered The Ordinary Azaelic Acid and I will try that when it arrives. Apart from that can any of you recommend me any products or steps to help reduce this texture?

Hello.
If your acne has cleared, I would step down to just using Adapalene (Differin Gel) on it's own. This will help restore your skins natural texture as well as keeping acne at bay.
Dermatologists recommend 0.1% Adapalene and 4% Ninacinamide as maintenance treatment once acne has cleared. You can get that via Dermatica [Edited link out]
