Ive started taking Myorisan (accutane) on 40mg a day. I get pretty brutal cramps during my period and although I really try not to, I tend to have to take something in order to function (Advil/Tylenol/Aleve). Im getting pretty bad cramps now but Im too afraid of taking something to relieve them... wont this put too much stress on my liver? What is the safest way to find relief? Pls help lol

Depending on the severity of the pain, I could take two aspirin and two paracetamol or two paracetamol and two ibuprofen twice a day but even then it only lessens the cramps. Like you, I don't really want to be taking too many painkillers but sometimes I just have to will do during my treatment.

I do have a small bean bag type thing (technical term!) that can be warmed up in the microwave and then placed on the area of discomfort. That brings minor relief and can be reused over again.
