Is this enough for roaccutane? (Picture)

So I'm 24 and still getting acne. I got a huge breakout on my chin with a lot of shitty whiteheads. Today I go to the doctor , and tell him I wanna see a dermatologist (first time in my life)

Is this bad enough for roaccutane? I also got some on my forehead, chest and big ones on my back. And will the dermatologist give me the roaccutane the first time I see him? Or does it take several appointments.

I don't even leave the house ,  I'm so ashamed of the acne. It has never been this bad in my whole entire life.

So I got a appointment at the dermatologist, on Wednesday the 20th. So far away , it's gonna be a horrible week having to walk with this shit in my face. :( So depressing.

It probably is. The doctor said its pretty bad. Its not only on my face, also on my shoulders and back. :) The doctor said that the dermatologist will PROBABLY give me roaccutane.

I advice you to read on the risks of roaccutane then, check out the thread "reparing long term damage from accutane" on this forum
