I can't advise you on piercings etc. But I'm on 70mg and 6 months in and I know that my skin is a lot more weak, I squeezed spots all the time before accutane without any scarring or serious wounding, but now if I pick the wounds are open for much longer and turn into PIE very easily

even shaving my face makes it red like a tomato. I think you should wait til a few months afterwards

Im on 30 mg a day and my wounds heals so fast its not effecting it and i have pierced my nose a week ago and im so scared I didnt know that it can scarring and reed some scary stuff about it and im re Worry about it
