So, i finished Accutane  , i did 20 mg for 6 months and i finished my course like 1 month ago. My derm gave me 8% glycolic acid gel (its just glycolic acid , nothing more) and after aplying it like a week in my face , including my nose , i noticed some tiny red pimples forming on my nose. Its acne coming back? I have fear :(

You did not have much acne at all it seems. Taking accutane for such mild acne when you are being about 13-17 might actually have a bad effect on your skin and body in general, your derm did nothing good by prescribing you Accutane. Acne in teenage years is normal.
