Wait for a month, let your body get used to this medication, and if after that the abnornal side effects persist then talk to your derm.

I suggest you stop immediately. You derm really has no idea and should not be trusted because they do not listen to what patients are saying.
Accutane causes brain damage and the fact that you have signs already that accutane is affecting your brain is a very good reason to stop.
It's not just depression and anxiety. It's sexual problems and other lifelong health issues that you dod not get told about.
