Personally, I haven't tried it, so I normally wouldn't post anything, but since no one else has contributed, I thought I'd share that two of my friends have been on epiduo for a while. One was a good bit clearer with some stubborn acne left, while the other is pretty much completely clear.
Sorry I couldn't give you more details, but I thought I'd share what I knew since no one else has posted. Hope Epiduo works for you if you choose to go that route!
