Lymecycline did work for me but as with all antibiotics I tried they eventually stopped working and my acne came back just as bad if not worse.I would encourage you to find the route cause of your acne because antibiotics are not the long term solution...at least they weren't for me and I must've tried 3-4 different ones...all exactly the same, acne became resistant to them. I have started lymecycline + treclin 10 days ago. Huge breakouts at the moment.

Im on Lymecline and differin and i cant really tell much difference really. but im on week 7 and they say you see improvements from week 8-12 so im just staying hopeful

Also any antibiotics wont work quickly so you have to give them time which is why they're normally prescribed with something else too.
