So I used an acne cream product with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. I woke up with a scab on my face the next day. I picked the scab and it left a big open wound on my forehead. It has been 6 days and the would closed up but turned bumpy. I have been putting aloe Vera and neosporin on it every day. Any advice???  I attatched a picture of what it looks like
