I was just given aczone 7.5 gel and differin 0.1 cream to use. I've been on differin 0.3 gel for a little over 2 months. How should I use the differin and aczone, should aczone be in the morning and differin at night, or both at night? Will downgrading from 0.3 gel to 0.1 cream give me another IB phase?
Hey there. I'm on epiduo (which has the same drug as differin, adapalene, with .1% too!) and 5.0 aczone. I use aczone morning and epiduo at night. The epiduo cleared all the noninflammatory acne , and aczone has cleared all the inflammatory acne on my cheeks. My chin still breaks out though so I just got a new prescription for aczone 7.5 and I'm starting it next week. Hope that helps!
