Well a lot of people end up having issues with accutane, So what helps to reduce your chance of side effects, is taking away all other negative factors on your health, even more so than usual, and even going above and beyond to make sure you are taking stellar care of yourself while on the drug as well as for the few months afterward.
I don't think drinking is a good idea whatsoever.
Its your skin and body but I personally wouldn't dare even take one drink while on that drug nevermind the amount that you've implied.
you may even be forced to come off of it if your liver panels are out of whack
you can always drink your heart out AFTER its all said and done if that's what you want to do
I just finished my accutane course after 7 months. My second month on accutane i'v been on holiday to asia with friends. Before i started my course i told my derm that i would drink alot on holiday. She said it wouldnt be a problem, as long i did responsible. I took 40mg a day at that time. I got to the club for like 4 times a weak, and that for 4 weeks long. The rest of my course i consumed alcohol once or twice a month. My bloodtest always turned out fine.
