I've been taking it for 50days now, minor improvements in my case. I had a severe acne breakout the second and third week of taking it.

I think it's because of low dosage. I mean it's good, that way it's way less to have dangerous side effect but in that dosage doxy propably has no effect on bacteria, but works by reducing inflamation.

That is a pretty low dose. When I was taking it for mild to moderate acne I had 200mg a day for the first week or two, I don't remember exactly, and after that 100mg a day for like 4 months. It cleared my skin completely (but of course acne came back afterwards, just like with any antibiotic). But it has only been 3 days, so you haven't even taken enough to see any improvements.
