Hi guys!

I am going to be starting accutane on January 3rd. I am 18 and really want to get a small music tattoo on my ankle. I was wondering if I got the tattoo a week before I start accutane, would there be any problems? I know the derm said no tattoos while on the drug but I won't be on it till Jan. 3rd.

Depends if your tattoo will heal before you start Accutane. The thing is that Accutane can sometimes thin out the skin and can cause a delay in healing whether it be a wound, infection etc.
