Accutane + Topicals + Dry Air Caused Facial Skin Fissures

About ~1 month in an accutane course, I had been stupid and used 2% bp on top of 1% salicylic acid wipes.

My face got so dry it produced facial skin fissures. It has produced red cut like marks throughout my cheek area.

Are there any suggested products to take to minimize the appearance? I've keep using Cerave PM lotion to soft the texture but I believe it makes the redness worse.

I picked up La Roche Toleriane Ultra and Rosaliac Ar (thinking it would possibly help with the redness?)

Keep in mind Im still on a high dose of accutane.

Any suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated. My professional life is suffering because of my stupidity.

Thanks

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but your not supposed to use bp or acids while on Accutane. IT is supposed to be doing the work, your over drying. Cut down on your dosage you can even not take it for a few days till things even out. Cuts in the skin is not good.
