Hey! I am 18 years old, and I have been on accutane since June-ish. I committed to abstinence when I first started, so I am not on birth control or anything. I was wondering if I can have sex with a condom while on accutane. Abstinence is making me crazy, so I was just curious if anyone else had this problem.

If you are in the U.S. then I-Pledge requires you to enter two forms of birth control, because of Accutane's teratogenicity. It is highly toxic to a fetus if you were to become pregnantandit does not matter length of time you have been onAccutane you have a high risk of severe birth defects.
my advice and to be responsible would be to either continue abstinence or birth control along with another form of protection. You can discuss your options with your doctor if you are not wanting to take birth control to see if there is another option on top of condoms.
