Hello i am about to start my last month of accutane. Do to problems and delays in shipping I have had to take a 2 week break 3 times (total 6 weeks) during my 7 month cycle. I have instead extended my cycle by 6 weeks to make up for my breaks and reach my goal dosage. Does anyone feel this will affect my overall results in a negative manner. As of now going into my extended 6 weeks I am mostly clear with the exception of a few blackheads still a few large pores but i have no pimples as of now and only got a few small pimples in the past month.
2 week break intervals are quite long, although total cumulative dose is really what matters. I don't think there are any studies to show the effects of a 14 day break on overall effectiveness though, so you'll really just have to wait and see 
You sound like you're skin is doing fine, I wouldn't stress out about it.
