Hi! I'm about to start my 2nd month of Trevissage (Accutane), and i'm having the WORST breakout ever!!.. i have more pimples than i ever had, even more than when i started the treatment.. is this normal? I knew that at the first 2-3 weeks of treatment breakouts are normal, but i'm kinda scared that i'm already starting the second month and having these massive breakouts 
Hey. I had the worst breakout ever during my first 4 weeks of accutane. It was so painful and just horrific. If I remember correctly, by week 8 I was entirely spot-free and have never had one since! I just finished my course of accutane 4 weeks ago. I was put on 20mg for the first 10 days so that if I had an initial breakout it wouldn't be as bad. After those 10 days I went onto 40mg. Good luck!
