Men who have sexual dysfunction, low libido, erectile dysfunction after taking accutane: how quickly did your symptoms set in and are you able to reach orgasm through masturbation?

I have been taking 20mg for a 30 days. I have been experiencing low libido. I have had problems related to libido that are psychological in nature for years prior to starting accutane. I am still able to reach orgasm through masturbation but my erection is less strong, and I don't respond sexually to women in real life. In the same 30 days that I've been taking accutane, I've had an exceptionally stressful month and that could also be the cause of my low libido. But now I'm scared by all of the accounts of permanent sexual dysfunction that I'm reading online. How do I know what's causing this?
