Hey guys, so I have been suffering from acne for over two years. The acne has randomly stopped leaving numerous scars and marks. Even though there are no pimples, I can feel some bumps underneath my skin and not sure if that is considered acne. My dermatologist recommended accutane to get rid of everything. I am a 20 year old female who has excessive facial hair on the cheeks. To keep that hidden I usually bleach my facial hair. When I start accutane I wont be able to do so. Being a women, I need to take care of my facial hair so it doesn't show. It is extremely hard dealing with two big issues where their treatments contradict each other. So what do you guys suggest? Will laser hair removal be better option BEFORE going on accutane? Will the laser effect my marks? Will they even do laser on my face? Or should I just start accutane and continue to bleach my facial hair? Will threading or waxing while on accutane add on to any acne or bumps on my face? Any advice would be appreciated.
