You can stop Accutane midway, but the chances of relapse are a bit higher. Although, if your acne does relapse, it most likely won't come back as severe as it did before, and it will also probably be more receptive to treatments that you tried before in the past but didn't have much success with. However, if you do stop make sure to tell your dermatologist and get your blood work checked again just to make sure anything isn't where it should be.
