A few questions about Accutane (already taking it)

Hello all, new here.

So I had acne for years, but only 2 months ago my father and I decided it's time to go to the hospital. The first doctor gave us cream, and told us to come back in another day because the skin specialist was having the day off. We came back another day, the skin specialist said that cream isn't useful on this, and gave me Accutane, and he said come back after a month. That was the part with the doctor in short. So I used Accutane for a month, the acne got so worse. I googled and found out that this is the "initial breakout" stage. When we wanted to visit him, they said he's travelling, not sure for what. So I asked my dad if I should take Accutane from the second box for month 2, he said yes. So now I am on day 16 of month 2, and the acne is killing my face. I googled to see pictures of the IB and they look nothing like mine. My acne is exploding and bleeding a lot. I haven't washed all of my face for a month now, just washing the middle part of my face, because there's no bombs there (as I call them, I mean the huge red acne) I am really struggling and suffering so bad from this. I can't sleep on my sides, only on my back. I can't eat without being annoyed from the acne under my jaw. I can't even look around without being hurt from the acne. It's just killing me so bad, and this doctor isn't back yet, my dad says he will be back in a week.

Oh I forgot to mention, the doctor told me to take one pill of Accutane, so that is 20mg a day.

So the questions:
1- Is this a normal IB or what? It's seriously killing me, I could take pictures of my face and show you how my face is badly damaged from these bleeding and exploding bombs on my face.
2- If the doctor didn't even come back, and gave us any excuse about his absence, should I go to another one? I seriously want to go to the doctor and hear him telling me to take more from Accutane.
3- I googled, but I will ask. How long is this IB going to last for? I am suffering so much from it, words cannot explain how I am suffering. I look ugly as hell, and people look at me with dirty looks because of this.

Again, the acne on my face is exploding and bleeding A LOT. Sometimes I am sleeping, I wake up to see blood stains on my pillow, do you know how disgusting this is? And the surprising thing is I am still sleeping on my back, I never EVER touched the acne, and it just decided to explode.

Hi, I'd insist on seeing another Dr or at least nurse from the same office. I certainly don't respect a Dr who goes away and leaves no other person in case of problems.
I haven't taken it myself but many people only see good results between 3-4 months into the course. Sorry ypu feel like this, acne sucks ass. You might want to use moisturiser more.

I read that I have to use a moisturiser, but my doctor never told me that, he just told me about my lips and gave me a lip balm. Do I take any type of moisturser?

Try one with ceramides with no scent. On here, the recommended ones are Cetaphil, cerave, neutragena or DML.
Again, Dr should have given you samples!
Are you taking accutane with a meal containing fat, like whole milk or peanut butter? It works better that way.

Nope, but if I should include one of these then I will. I will check about these moisturisers.
