I used adapalene .1 for ages. I used the epiduo with the benzoyl peroxide every night . It works at the start but for me its effects faded and pimples started to pop up again. I now use tretinoin .025 and i have gotten used to it however I dont get new and active pimples at all!. I dont think you should try .1 tret try the lower .025 first. Tretinoin is stronger and harsher than adapalene. I started really slow from once a week to every night.
