Am I on too high of a dosage?

I was wondering if I am on too high of a dosage, I am 14yo and 5'10 and weigh in at 190 pounds. Right now I am in my 6th month of accutane at 120mg. Is that too much? I heard some things about growth plates being sealed from high doses. Should I he concerned?

Your dose is dependent on your weight & severity of your acne. Look if your dermatologist prescribed you 120mg, then its fine. He obviously knows better than anyone who'd answer this question on this board.
