So I started breaking out on the right side of my chin.. Was prescribed doxycycline. That didn't work.. I've the next few months it just kept getting worse. This all started in February of this year when I turned 32 years old. Before this I had no acne whateversoever. I have since been prescribed two others antibiotics. Epiduo and clindamycin cream. The pimples are so big and hard. More like cystic acne. And painful. It'll be a month that I started the new regimen and it's not getting better. Help! Any suggestions?? Please. I'm at my wits end. I do go for a follow up in the 25th of this month to see my dermatologist.

Epiduo is not so effective but clindamycin is.

1) Cleanse your face
2) use clindamycin
3) moisturizer on top of clindamycin

A good thing when you use antibiotic creams is to use a thermal water spray, from avene, vichy etc. to calm down red and flaky skin.
