Hi just a quick question. Rozex cream was accidentally refrigerated. It says on it not to. Just wondering if i spoiled any of the ingredients and would it be still effective in treating my skin?. It was in the fridge for a couple of days. Not exactly sure.

If anyone could help me out be great! thanks

Refrigeration or cold/warm cycling probably causes the cream to separate....if the cream still looks normal it should be fine.

Its kinda clumpy, thickish and not smooth like a normal cream. whether this brand is meant to be like that i dont know. Don't know if to continue. dont wanna waste my time if its ineffective.

A thick cream is probably OK but if it has lumps/clumpsin it then there has probably been some agglomeration of some of the ingredients so might not be as good anymore although won't do you any harm.
