hmm not sure! I got eczema on my hand while taking Accutane, but swelling that not good. I hope you followed your derms request and stopped Accutane. It is know to effect the joints and bones. Maybe see a doctor that specializes in or your regular doctor. Good Luck!

Yes, i had this exact rash on both hands during my 1st/2nd months on accutane, i used Aloe Propolis Creme and applied a generous amount on the affected area around 3 times a day and the rash went within a week  hope this helps

Are you scratching a lot? it looks like you've broken the skin and that may be why it's swelling. I have eczema on the backs of my hands and arms from accutane and Ive been using lotion containing colloidal oatmeal (Gold Bond eczema relief I think?), it helps with the itching and moisturizes. My derm also gave me a hydrocortisone cream for when it gets really bad.

I wasnt on accutane, but my hand rashes got much worse when I was taking spiro. Its dsyhidrotic exczema i believe? I was given a strong cream with steroids that helped a lot
