I see quite a few people talk about having this issue from accutane and never recovering.

But, all they ever say is their dermatologist said this or this. I haven't seen one person mention visiting a Urologist or anything. Unless I've just missed these posts.

if anyone has visited a urologist and gotten blood work or if someone can link me to it would you?

Test
free test
DHT
estrogen

these types of tests, also if anyone is already on TRT and has or has not experienced these issues I would love to hear about it.

I am not currently on Accutane or plan on it yet, I was just doing some reading on this particular side effect.

You can go to all things maleAccutane by dr. Crisler. You can also look dr. Kevin Pezzi who suffered, but I forgot what he did. Also, back in the day on the ragfourm some had their urethra dry up. In other words it castrated them from the inside out. Interstitial cystitis

Not sure if you suffer, but good luck
