On Friday I started my course of accutane, with a fairly low dose of 30mg. My acne tends to be cystic (maybe a little worse than mild). My face, chest, and back are affected although my back is the worst. After two doses of the 30mg I had a mild headache and my vision in one eye was getting a little weird so my dermatologist recommended I take 10mg for two days. I also have a cold, but the headache disappeared totally, although my vision is still weird. It seems to get worse as the day goes on, but because I've never had problems with my eyes it's kind of confusing...it's not entirely blurry, it's almost as if there was "goop" in my field of view. If I quickly look to the side, my vision lacks that weird blurriness. Moisturizing eyedrops don't seem to help much. Has anyone else experienced that?

As far as the cumulative dose though, what is the lowest recommended for those with mild acne? I know it is typically 120-150mg/kg, but I read some research articles where people took about 80mg/kg and still experienced similar relapse rates. I don't know if it's possible so soon, but the skin on my face seems to be breaking out already.
