It looks like the differin isn't working anymore. That is the issue with acne treatments they just stop working after using them for a while and the acne comes back more vicious. Have you tried any prescription medication? again birth control and antibiotics will only work as long as you are taking them. If it doesn't get better, see if you can get accutane.

doesnt look like acne to me, looks like youre having an allergic reaction to something, or possibly developing rosacea folliculitis. I would for sure go see a derm.
