After your course with accutance, i heard it is possible for your acne to come back but not as severe as before. Well, i think this is my case.
I didnt worry about it too much at first, but now i can clearly see it whenever i look into mirrors and such. Its only been two months after getting off my trial and now its all comin back again. I could go on, but i hate talking about my ugliness.
It definitely isnt as severe as it was before, but im concerned it can get that way if i just ignore it. Can sum1 PLEASE tell what should i do now...........before its too late???

Go to your derm and see if he can put you on a dose of minomycine, for a couple of months then go back on Accutane for a second round. Maybe thats your best option.
Otherwise just go on some tablets e.g. minomycine for about a month and then go off and see how you are after that ... But i mean i aint a derm .. go ask your derm whats going on ultimately he'll give you the best advice.
Ive been on acnetrex (accutane) for 1 year and 6 months. I consumed total of 19 boxes, been out from acnetrex for 6 months already and my acne is back. 
It's not as severe as before but it's still quite a lot. like 11 bumps in my face.My derma put me into topical tretinoin for about a month now with combination of differin adapalene but my skin keeps on breaking out. genetics and hormonal imbalance are the factors of my acne. She's thinking of putting me on pills (yasmin or diane) *sigh* so tired of this already
