Hi Guys

So, the other day i visited a skin therapist as my acne keeps getting out of control and was thinking of taking a different approach instead of taking pills off the dermatologist, I'd try to find an effective 3 step system, as really I didn't have a good skin care regimen.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever used the Obagi Clenziderm M.D System before and if so, what was the results?

If you dont know what the system is its a three step system I'm currently using the normal-oily skin kit. The kit includes :
Daily care foaming cleanser with 2% salicylic acid
Pore therapy (toner) with 2% salicylic acid
Therapeutic lotion with 5% benzoyl peroxide.

I started using it about 4 nights ago and if anything my skin's getting worse (this is probably normal as many acne medication always makes your skin worse before it gets better) I have hope still and the reviews look pretty good so I'm going to keep at it but if anyone has tried it before then please feel free to comment :)

Before anyone comments about Accutane - I'VE ALREADY BEEN ON IT - NEVER AGAIN!!

I tried it and while I initially liked the feeling of the products on my skin I don't feel I really see a huge difference. Using them over a period of time really dried my skin out. I'm not telling you this to discourage you. Where it didn't work for me it may work great for you. I have cystic acne that I have to treat using spironolactone, not eating any sort of dairy whatsoever, and have to watch my sugar intake.
