I've been taking solodyn 65mg for a little bit over a month as well as onexton in the morning and ziana at night. It hasn't been working and some purple circles appeared on my face and I'm super worried they're scars. I haven't touched my acne at all so idk why this appeared. How long does it take for this acne medication to work? I've been religious about it.
My son started Onexton in early July and it's been amazing, he has virtually no pimples now. Onexton is the ONLY thing he is using, once a day at night. I'm thinking you may be overdoing it by using two topicals, and perhaps that's why you're not getting good results. My son tried many other topicals over the years and none of it worked. So perhaps try just using the Onexton and see if that helps.
