The recommended cumulative dose for my weight is 9546 mg. I'm on month 6 and my cumulative dose is already 11400 mg. My doctor gave me another prescription which will bump up my cumulative dose to 13200mg. I've been tolerating the medication very well (started with 40mg twice a day off the bat) and of only concern is one of my liver enzymes which went up two points out of the normal range. My skin is clear and has been clear since like month 1 but I really want the effects to be permanent...hopefully on my oil glands too as I had terribly oily skin before.

So as long as your body can tolerate it, is it better to stay on it longer for more permanent effects or does it not matter after you hit the recommended 150mg/kg?

I would not stay on it, i was on it 1 year 4+ months, Up towards 8 months i was fine, Then i went up to 80mg, before i knew it another 8 months being on that and my body is Fuc*ed skin it still not %100 clear, Active acne %90 so i guess it did it's job,

Sitting down standing feels like a knife jabbing in my back, turning my neck hurts all my bones crack knee's, my chest even just be carefull with it don't cover over 1 year it's not worth it trust me!
