hello everyone , so about 6 years ago ive been on accutane but my acne came back after a year.Since then ive never took any medication and just use all those natural remedies and never cleared up.So last week ive decided to meet a derm and then he prescribed me with

accutane 20mg every other day(basicaaly 10mg per day)

Differin

clindamycin

However,im a little confused as my derm told me to only apply the differin and clindamycin for spot treatment, as far as i knew, differin should be used on whole face. anyone?

when you are on Accutane, even a low dose, your skin will be dryer...no need to dry it all, just stick to the spots

I think it's a very good approach, low dose....please keep us posted!

Well because accutane is really expensive in my country,so my derm's plan is

Accutane 10-20mg(3months or until clear) then he wanted to put me in a maintenance phase using topical retinoid. What do u think about the plan?
