Is Epiduo Causing This?

Hi.

I have been on epiduo since March. It has been fantastic and can have hardly any complaints. For the last month or so however I have started getting red painless bumps all over my nose and cheeks. I do have a tendency to get small bumps on my forehead and below my ears on my neck (which I am using nizoral for) but would epiduo be causing these bumps? I have stopped putting epi on my cheeks but the bumps are still there. My skin does not appear to be red in the areas I have used epi apart from when I use one of those mirrors with the flurescent bulb then my skin looks terrible. Can I have your thoughts please? I have attached a picture.

Please help. Just as I thought I had finally found a solution I feel like I heading back to square 1. post-477402-0-79852800-1438126041.jpg

Does the skin there feel rough to the touch? If so, it could be dermatitis.
