I have gone ahead and started the process towards a journey on accutane. I've gotten through the 30 day period prior to being able to take accutane and today I received a call from my pharmacy telling me they have my prescription from my derma but they couldn't access it because it wasn't cleared in the iPledge system. I also received a call from my derma saying I needed to answer the questions online on the iPledge system. So, I logged on to it and clicked "comprehension questions", but it said "You must wait to answer monthly questions until after your doctor has confirmed your monthly visit and counseling in the iPledge system."
But that's strange because I just went to the doctor on Wednesday and now it's already Friday, so I should be able to access the questions, especially if my derma is calling me to answer them.
So I'm wondering what I should do? I got home late since I was on vacation, so when I called the derma they said my doctor will call me back, but I'm afraid that the 7 day window to get my prescription filled at the pharmacy might run out before I can go and answer the online questions that are unaccessable to me as of right now.
