This is my 13 months on accutane going for 14 months i'm over this i still have a couple of bumps that are inflammatory i told my derm i won't off accutane he said sure but the remaining bumps will scare there pretty horrible i don't have a LOT but i hate the ones i do have.

I hardly ever motorized the first couple months i started to after that but mainly only put some on when going to bed, How important is it to apply 24/7?

I really hope i have not stuffed my skin long term but not apply moisturizer, These bumps will just not go away :(

for what its worth my derm told me little to know moisterizure while on tane so i dont think u ddid any damage\

My derm told me moisturize moisturize moisturize. I put it on maybe 4 times a day, it really helps smooth out your face and tone down redness.

Yeah I'm applying it a lot more now why not right

 

Well it makes my redness x4 times worse but if I Wash it of I agree redness wouod be probably less
