Im interested in fadin my PIh. Im also interested in evening out my skin tone. I keeping hearing hydroquinone is the best bleaching cream???

Heck ya!
I used obagi hydro 4% and retin-a and it works..took a few mnths

FOR ME my freckles are genetic so if i stop the treatment they come back

I would try it and make sure to use a good s/s during and after treatment

Thanks Kimber, you're always really cool about replying to topics and I appreciate that! What is an s/s ? Did it change your complexion? I want more even skin tone.
