I'm in the middle of month 3 on Zenatane and I'm suddenly breaking out again. My closed comedones (the primary reason I started the drug) haven't budged. My skin is SUPER dry and flaky. Has anyone else experienced this? What is going on? I'm panicking.

*raises hands*

Im in mnth 4 and have had 3 substantial breakouts since starting tane..just when i think I passed the hump I have another IB ( I dont know why they call it INITIAL)

I hear generally between mnth 3-4 thing really improve.

I hope so!!

Gosh I hope so! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing the same thing. I'm hoping it means that our oil glands are starting to respond for reals.
