My lips are dry but not terribly..no other side effects

Honestly, a very similar thing happened to me. My skin happened to improve quite a bit until around the 30th day- and then it took a turn for the worse for a while. Dryness didn't set in until about this time as well. You may get lucky and have smooth sailing. If you're not experiencing ANY side effects though (I.e dryness)- you may need to up your dose or make sure to take your medication with a fatty meal.

Go off the drug NOW.

If you are CLEAR you are DONE!!!!

On my first round I was clear after roughly 2 weeks. I didn't have a pimple for 2 months, then suddenly broke out for 3 months straight. Accutane is really weird. I don't mean to sound negative but don't be alarmed if you suddenly break out badly.
