it depends on the person...you will not get an answer to this question! MY IB just cleared up...only to find another breakout form yesterday...i'm about to start month 2!

But I know it will, Initial breakout is common among people with severe enough acne to be on Accutane. Gotta put up with the 4-6 weeks of hell, to enjoy the lifetime of heaven

I had an IB when I started and then when my dosage was upped. I didn't start seeing results until my third month, really. Stick with it!
