There aren't really many telltale signs apart from a reduction in the amount of spots. I guess the only other thing you'll notice is that any new spots coming up aren't as big or nasty looking.

I'm still getting just as many but there's one area on my cheek that was covered and was basically all red. it's started to break up, with redness around each individual spot so I think they may be starting to work. It's difficult to say because this cheek area has had the same exact spots for 5 months. Happy the redness seems to be fading though. Fingers crossed

That was the tell tale sign for me that this is doing its job in reducing the amount of P.acne bacterias.

My biggest signs were: reduction in overall redness, decrease size of existing acne, less frequent occurrence of acne, less severe acne.

One tip I can give you while on Antibiotics: ENVISION CLEAR SKIN, the antibiotic will work.. Tell it with your mind what you want it to do, might sound like some hippy shit but our minds are powerful! The problem with some people is they tell themselves nothing will work, so nothing will work. IT WILL WORK!
