You've been taking Accutane for quite a long time. How long is your course for? What is your dosage?

If you are still not seeing a decrease in acne, I would recommend letting Accutane do its job by itself, and not use any other topicals in conjunction with it. Do not use any scar treatments till after you are off this drug. And, don't put vaseline all over your face. Sure it helps with dryness, but you are not allowing the skin to breath. Stick to gentle cleansers and moisturizers that are non-hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and are fragrance free. As for vitamins, it's best to check with your Dermatologist for what you should be taking, but Zinc, Vitamin E/C, and Fish Oil are a good way to go. You could ask for an antibiotic ( I believe its called Bactrim ) that you can take for a while with Accutane that can help with the flare ups you are experiencing.

Good luck!
